Hello everyone

This time I prepared a post dedicated to the brazilian Stephan Doitschinoff, more known as CALMA. Quite famous even internationaly by its essencialy urban art filled with religious themes. Besides of being author of amazing pieces full of meanings, the artist started to be admired even more after the documentary Temporal, released in 2008. The documentary shows Calma´s life after moving to Lençóis, a town from Bahia, where he sepent 3 years breathing art. An essencially religious town was the perfect stage for the artist to express himself artistically in the walls, houses, mounds and even in a capella. It´s impossible not to feel touched by this documentary wich shows the art lived integrally by someone wich abdicated all the life facilities in a big city, to live in a small town, only with what he needed and a lot of love with the art.
